記者昨天從建(jian)(jian)設部門獲(huo)悉,濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設時間表已(yi)經出爐。按(an)照計劃,濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)已(yi)具(ju)備開工(gong)建(jian)(jian)設條件,唯(wei)一(yi)控(kong)制性工(gong)程——青(qing)(qing)陽隧道最快有(you)望于本月開工(gong)建(jian)(jian)設。今年(nian)下半(ban)年(nian),濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)將全面開工(gong),建(jian)(jian)設工(gong)期為4年(nian),力爭2018年(nian)建(jian)(jian)成通(tong)車。
記(ji)者(zhe)昨天從建(jian)設(she)部門獲悉,濟青高鐵建(jian)設(she)時間表已(yi)經出爐。按(an)照(zhao)計劃,濟青高鐵已(yi)具備開(kai)(kai)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)條件,唯(wei)一控制(zhi)性工(gong)程(cheng)——青陽隧(sui)道最快有望于本月開(kai)(kai)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)。今(jin)年下半年,濟青高鐵將全面開(kai)(kai)工(gong),建(jian)設(she)工(gong)期(qi)為4年,力(li)爭2018年建(jian)成通車。
青陽隧道本月(yue)正式開工
據介紹,濟青高鐵全線設(she)隧道(dao)(dao)2座,總(zong)長17.23公里,占線路總(zong)長的5.6%,包(bao)括(kuo)1座越嶺(ling)隧道(dao)(dao),即(ji)青陽(yang)隧道(dao)(dao),地(di)處濟南章丘市(shi)和鄒平(ping)縣(xian),為(wei)單洞(dong)雙(shuang)線隧道(dao)(dao),以及1座機場地(di)下(xia)隧道(dao)(dao),地(di)處青島膠(jiao)(jiao)州市(shi)膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)街道(dao)(dao)。控制性(xing)工(gong)(gong)程通常(chang)是指全部工(gong)(gong)程中建(jian)設(she)難度最(zui)大的部分,青陽(yang)隧道(dao)(dao)需要穿山越嶺(ling),工(gong)(gong)程難度比(bi)較大,屬于濟青高鐵的唯一控制性(xing)工(gong)(gong)程,因此建(jian)設(she)單位想(xiang)要先(xian)啃下(xia)這塊“硬骨頭”。青陽(yang)隧道(dao)(dao)的初步設(she)計(ji)和施工(gong)(gong)圖經批復后,最(zui)快有望(wang)在本月正式(shi)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)。
此外,根據濟青高(gao)鐵建設(she)(she)時間(jian)表,按計(ji)劃,濟青高(gao)鐵全(quan)線的初步(bu)設(she)(she)計(ji)和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)圖(tu)(tu)設(she)(she)計(ji)有望于6月(yue)完成,9月(yue)底前將完成詳細施(shi)(shi)工(gong)圖(tu)(tu),下半(ban)年完成工(gong)程招標并全(quan)面開工(gong)建設(she)(she)。
與青(qing)連鐵路共建紅島站
根(gen)據批復(fu),新(xin)建(jian)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)至青(qing)島(dao)(dao)高速鐵(tie)路位于(yu)山東半島(dao)(dao),線路西端起自山東省會濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)市,終(zhong)到(dao)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)市。線路自石(shi)濟(ji)(ji)客專濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)新(xin)東站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)引(yin)出,沿既(ji)有膠(jiao)濟(ji)(ji)鐵(tie)路北側向東經(jing)鄒平(ping)、淄博、青(qing)州(zhou),過濰(wei)坊(fang)后(hou)折向東南(nan)(nan),經(jing)高密、膠(jiao)州(zhou)至青(qing)島(dao)(dao),引(yin)入青(qing)島(dao)(dao)樞(shu)紐紅島(dao)(dao)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),正線全長307.8公里,共設9站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),包括始發站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)2座(zuo),中間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)7座(zuo)。其中,新(xin)建(jian)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)6座(zuo),包括鄒平(ping)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、淄博北站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、青(qing)州(zhou)北站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、濰(wei)坊(fang)北站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、高密北站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、青(qing)島(dao)(dao)機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),與石(shi)濟(ji)(ji)客專共建(jian)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)新(xin)東站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),與青(qing)連鐵(tie)路共建(jian)紅島(dao)(dao)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),改建(jian)膠(jiao)州(zhou)北站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

設計行車時速350公里
濟(ji)(ji)青(qing)高鐵(tie)(tie)建成后,東(dong)端,可通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)青(qing)榮城(cheng)(cheng)際(ji)、青(qing)連鐵(tie)(tie)路,輻射(she)山東(dong)半(ban)島(dao)沿(yan)海地(di)(di)區(qu),主要(yao)技術標準為雙(shuang)線(xian)電力牽(qian)引(yin)高速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路,設計行車速(su)度350公(gong)里/小(xiao)時,實現(xian)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)至青(qing)島(dao)1小(xiao)時直達,至煙臺(tai)、威海、日照(zhao)等2小(xiao)時通(tong)(tong)達,規劃輸送(song)能(neng)力單向5000萬人/年;西(xi)端,連接(jie)京滬高速(su)、石(shi)濟(ji)(ji)客專,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)擬建的濟(ji)(ji)聊(liao)城(cheng)(cheng)際(ji)與(yu)京九客專連接(jie),與(yu)國(guo)家(jia)高速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路網(wang)融為一(yi)體(ti),輻射(she)華(hua)(hua)北、西(xi)北、西(xi)南(nan)(nan)、華(hua)(hua)中、華(hua)(hua)東(dong)等地(di)(di)區(qu)主要(yao)城(cheng)(cheng)市,對形成我省(sheng)(sheng)連接(jie)中西(xi)部地(di)(di)區(qu)的大(da)能(neng)力客運(yun)通(tong)(tong)道(dao),加強山東(dong)半(ban)島(dao)與(yu)華(hua)(hua)中、華(hua)(hua)南(nan)(nan)及中西(xi)部地(di)(di)區(qu)之間的交(jiao)(jiao)流,提高我省(sheng)(sheng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)基礎設施水平,構建現(xian)代(dai)綜合交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸體(ti)系,充分發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)、青(qing)島(dao)兩(liang)大(da)核心城(cheng)(cheng)市的龍頭輻射(she)帶動作用,推動全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)“兩(liang)區(qu)一(yi)圈一(yi)帶”區(qu)域發(fa)(fa)(fa)展戰略實施,加快沿(yan)線(xian)新型(xing)城(cheng)(cheng)鎮化進程,促進全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)經濟(ji)(ji)社(she)會持(chi)續(xu)健康發(fa)(fa)(fa)展具有重要(yao)戰略意義。
