菲斯(si)(si)克短(duan)期不(bu)(bu)在(zai)承諾注入(ru)之列,未來不(bu)(bu)可知。菲斯(si)(si)克是(shi)(shi)集團收購的(de)資(zi)產(chan)(chan),并非在(zai)萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)體內,簡(jian)單看與萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)無關,但是(shi)(shi)我們知道集團內的(de)業(ye)務與上(shang)市公司不(bu)(bu)能同業(ye)競(jing)爭,菲斯(si)(si)克開發的(de)是(shi)(shi)增程式新(xin)能源(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che),萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)是(shi)(shi)純電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che),實際上(shang)都是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)。短(duan)期看萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)是(shi)(shi)專用(yong)(yong)車(che)(che)(che)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)資(zi)質,菲斯(si)(si)克生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)是(shi)(shi)乘(cheng)用(yong)(yong)車(che)(che)(che),這(zhe)兩種車(che)(che)(che)不(bu)(bu)存在(zai)同業(ye)競(jing)爭,那(nei)么就(jiu)有一個前提:萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)永遠不(bu)(bu)造(zao)乘(cheng)用(yong)(yong)車(che)(che)(che)整車(che)(che)(che),但是(shi)(shi)2002年(nian)萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)就(jiu)研(yan)發成功了電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)轎(jiao)車(che)(che)(che),我們很難說(shuo)萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)不(bu)(bu)會(hui)做乘(cheng)用(yong)(yong)車(che)(che)(che)。即(ji)便(bian)菲斯(si)(si)克不(bu)(bu)注入(ru),我們認為也不(bu)(bu)會(hui)改變萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)錢潮的(de)新(xin)能源(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)鏈屬性,目前中國只有萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)集團具(ju)有豪華電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)業(ye)務。
