保險代理人月收入最高超300萬

昨日,一位在(zai)平安(an)(an)保(bao)險工作的人(ren)員,在(zai)網上曬出1月(yue)份(fen)該公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)保(bao)險代理(li)人(ren)個人(ren)工資收入(ru)(ru)前10名數(shu)據。查看該數(shu)據,記者發現,1月(yue)份(fen)平安(an)(an)保(bao)險公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)深圳分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)保(bao)險代理(li)人(ren)月(yue)收入(ru)(ru)最高的一位達(da)到331萬(wan)元(yuan),排名第(di)二的月(yue)收入(ru)(ru)為172萬(wan),第(di)三(san)到第(di)十名月(yue)收入(ru)(ru)在(zai)71萬(wan)元(yuan)~96萬(wan)元(yuan)之間。

昨日,一(yi)位在(zai)(zai)平安(an)(an)保(bao)險工作(zuo)的人(ren)員,在(zai)(zai)網上(shang)曬出1月(yue)(yue)份該公司(si)保(bao)險代(dai)理人(ren)個人(ren)工資(zi)收入(ru)前10名(ming)(ming)數(shu)據。查看該數(shu)據,記(ji)者(zhe)發現,1月(yue)(yue)份平安(an)(an)保(bao)險公司(si)深圳分公司(si)保(bao)險代(dai)理人(ren)月(yue)(yue)收入(ru)最高的一(yi)位達到331萬(wan)元,排名(ming)(ming)第(di)(di)二的月(yue)(yue)收入(ru)為172萬(wan),第(di)(di)三(san)到第(di)(di)十名(ming)(ming)月(yue)(yue)收入(ru)在(zai)(zai)71萬(wan)元~96萬(wan)元之間(jian)。

業(ye)內人士告訴(su)記(ji)者,代理人保費收(shou)入(ru)能超(chao)過(guo)300萬元并不奇怪,這與(yu)整個(ge)保險行業(ye)高(gao)速增長的趨勢息息相關。但是,能實(shi)現該水(shui)平收(shou)入(ru)只是少數代理人,大部分代理人的收(shou)入(ru)都很難過(guo)萬。

而與(yu)保(bao)險(xian)代理人收入直接相關的是保(bao)險(xian)機構的保(bao)費收入。1月(yue)份中國保(bao)險(xian)行業迎來了開門紅,從保(bao)監會日前公布的保(bao)險(xian)業1月(yue)份保(bao)費收入情況看,有11家(jia)壽險(xian)公司總保(bao)費突破(po)100億元(2014年(nian)同(tong)期僅8家(jia))。

上述11家公司分別是國壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)股份、平安人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)、新華保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)、人(ren)保(bao)(bao)(bao)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)險(xian)、華夏人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)、太平人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)、太保(bao)(bao)(bao)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)險(xian)、泰康人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)、中郵人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)、建信(xin)人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)和富德生命人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)。其中,同(tong)比(bi)增速最(zui)快的是建信(xin)人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou),同(tong)比(bi)增長了217%。人(ren)保(bao)(bao)(bao)壽(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)險(xian)總保(bao)(bao)(bao)費(fei)下滑相對(dui)明顯,1月份總保(bao)(bao)(bao)費(fei)為248億(yi)元,同(tong)比(bi)下滑逾20%。

總體來(lai)看,73家(jia)已經開展業務的(de)人壽保(bao)(bao)(bao)險公司,2015年(nian)1月共實(shi)現原保(bao)(bao)(bao)險保(bao)(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收入(ru)3113億元,保(bao)(bao)(bao)戶(hu)投(tou)資款新增交費(fei)(fei)721億元,投(tou)連險獨立賬戶(hu)新增交費(fei)(fei)45億元。73家(jia)公司的(de)總保(bao)(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)為(wei)3879億元,同比增長23.69%。然而(er)(er),在高保(bao)(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收入(ru)的(de)背后(hou),是較大的(de)業務激勵(li)機制。業內人士告訴記(ji)者,保(bao)(bao)(bao)險產品是否(fou)賣得好,有時不在于(yu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)險產品本身,而(er)(er)在于(yu)給保(bao)(bao)(bao)險代理人的(de)激勵(li)方(fang)式。

春(chun)節以(yi)來,各(ge)保(bao)險(xian)公司(si)紛紛推(tui)出(chu)(chu)(chu)各(ge)類新產(chan)品,創造了開門紅(hong)(hong)的(de)(de)1月(yue)。記者了解到,中國人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)在“開門紅(hong)(hong)”活動上主推(tui)“國壽(shou)(shou)推(tui)鑫(xin)如意(yi)(白金(jin)版(ban))組(zu)合計劃(hua)(hua)”;平安人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)主推(tui)“平安尊御人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)生(sheng)計劃(hua)(hua)”;太(tai)平洋人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)則(ze)推(tui)出(chu)(chu)(chu)了“東(dong)方(fang)紅(hong)(hong)”組(zu)合;泰康(kang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)在推(tui)出(chu)(chu)(chu)泰康(kang)暢贏人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)生(sheng)年金(jin)保(bao)險(xian)(分紅(hong)(hong)型)的(de)(de)同時,還推(tui)出(chu)(chu)(chu)一個“康(kang)逸人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)生(sheng)保(bao)障計劃(hua)(hua)”。

在各保險(xian)(xian)公司的(de)(de)“開門紅(hong)(hong)(hong)”主力產(chan)品中,更多的(de)(de)是(shi)引入大眾化(hua)的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)險(xian)(xian),來(lai)平(ping)(ping)衡投保客戶與保險(xian)(xian)公司之間的(de)(de)利(li)益(yi)分(fen)(fen)配,國壽鑫如(ru)意年(nian)金保險(xian)(xian)(分(fen)(fen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)型)、平(ping)(ping)安(an)尊御人生計劃的(de)(de)主險(xian)(xian)也為分(fen)(fen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)保險(xian)(xian);太平(ping)(ping)洋(yang)人壽所推(tui)崇的(de)(de)“東方紅(hong)(hong)(hong)”系(xi)列產(chan)品,均為分(fen)(fen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)型產(chan)品,如(ru)東方紅(hong)(hong)(hong)少(shao)年(nian)智年(nian)金保險(xian)(xian)(分(fen)(fen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)型)、東方紅(hong)(hong)(hong)老(lao)來(lai)福年(nian)金保險(xian)(xian)(分(fen)(fen)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)型)。

除保險產品針對(dui)性強之外(wai),各大保險公司制訂的“開(kai)門紅”業績推動(dong)企劃方(fang)案中,都施(shi)出渾身解(jie)數。具體包括購買保險產品達到一定金(jin)額后(hou),送金(jin)條及臺(tai)灣游等。

記者獲(huo)悉,上(shang)述(shu)月收(shou)入排名第(di)一(yi)的代(dai)理人銷(xiao)售的險(xian)種就屬壽險(xian)產品,并非團(tuan)險(xian)。可見,保險(xian)公(gong)司的產品組合推出和有效(xiao)的激勵機(ji)制,帶來了(le)保險(xian)業1月份開門(men)紅(hong)的局面。
